We work hard to get your Columbus Foodies Discount Card to you as quickly as possible!

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days of purchase. All cards are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and most customers in Central Ohio receive their card within 1–2 days after it’s sent.

​

If you’re located outside of Central Ohio, delivery may take a little longer depending on USPS transit times.

​

Before placing your order, please double-check your mailing address to ensure accurate delivery. Columbus Foodies is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you haven’t received your card within seven business days of your order, please email us at info@columbusfoodies.com with your name and receipt, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want every Columbus Foodies member to have a great experience! Because our Discount Cards can be used immediately once received, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after a card has been shipped. Think of it like a gift card — once it’s in your hands, it’s ready to use right away.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or too many cards, please email us right away at info@columbusfoodies.com with your name and receipt. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it before it goes out.

We are continually adding new partners, and the number of participating locations may change over time.
All discounts, offers, and participating restaurants are subject to change or removal without notice.

3. Limitations of Use

• The Card may be used once per day per restaurant, but there is no limit to the total number of uses.

• The Card may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the restaurant.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase.

 

4. No Warranty

Columbus Foodies makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or duration of discounts offered by participating restaurants. We are not responsible for restaurant closures, menu changes, or discontinued offers.

5. Modification of Terms

Columbus Foodies reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Card after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Columbus Foodies serves as a promotional platform that connects customers with participating local restaurants and businesses.

We do not own, operate, or control any of the restaurants, food trucks, cafés, or other establishments featured through the Columbus Foodies Discount Card.

By using the Card, you acknowledge and agree that Columbus Foodies is not responsible or liable for:

• The quality, safety, or preparation of food or beverages provided by participating businesses

• Any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or other injuries or damages that may occur during or after your visit
